More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling different sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
